Where's the best place to get barbecued tofu? I dearly love barbecue, but do not like eating meat. Why do restaurants still even serve meat?

you'll have to do-it-yourself, until the restaurants get with the times.
For july 4th, the wife and I made some absolutely fantastic barbecued rice cakes. They were to die for. So much better than greasy ribs!
