Yeah - let's hope its not an Atlanta situation. You'd think an electronic test would cut down on teachers correcting tests, but you never know. In Atlanta, they had "erasure parties" where the teachers corrected the standardized tests before they were submitted, and then collected bonuses based on school performance. 11 teachers convicted in that case, and that was just the ringleaders!
