saw that too on my way home. maybe checking out the highways? There was police activity in front of dominos on main street. possibly related? It's summer and a nice night out, the crazies definitely came in my store!

Not sure if it was the helicopter searching but my scanner was saying a black female apprehended and looking for a black male with dreadlocks. It said Edsel rd but not sure where that is.

Typically, the reason a helicopter circles is due to a mixture of gentle, complimentary pressures to both the cyclic stick whilst simultaneously footing the proper anti-torque pedal...

What's new, the helicopter is always hovering over Fairfax County. It's usually over Centreville...
