Urban Exploration/Real Haunted House

If you driving down the GW parkway towards Mount Vernon there is a road that runs parallel to the parkway named East Blvd. On East Blvd there is large mansion run by FFX County called River Farm. Next to the River Farm property is a long driveway that leads to another old mansion built back in the late 1800's. that overlooks the Potomac from atop a cliff. This property was purchased 2 years ago for around 20 million dollars and has sat empty since rotting and decaying away.....

I know this place, it's back in the woods from E. Blvd at least 800 yards from the road.

The title indicates the house is haunted, but provides no specifics. How about som more information? What type of haunting is this? Does blood ooze out of the walls and ceilings? Do mysterious figures appear in windows and photos of the place? Do cold breezes blow through the place in the middle of summer? Is there poltergeist activity? Or is it inhabited by Zuul, the gatekeeper of Gozer?

We will be there shortly to investigate.

It's been owned by one family for generations, now its been purchased and left to rot. The home is amazing and the grounds are expansive but all the love that went into keeping up the property is gone....ripe for a haunting by the former generations of the family....

was on fairfax county govt site for real estate values. i think i found the property that is being talked about. the address is: 8303 EAST BOULEVARD DR

It shows this house on 25 acres of land. Must be this house.

The seller/buyer has requested that the name be withheld.
