Banned from FCPS foia reports

I order a foia reports on Monday and j didn't get any emails from brandy saying my report www being delayed for seven more days.... Does this mean she banned me from foia reports ? I paid my dues what are other reasons she could of blocked me? Should I go talk to her at the gatehouse (taxpayer) office?

Tuesday was Day one. Tomorrow will be Day five. So, you should get either an extension notice or records on Monday. IF you are caught up on your payments. There are not any such things as dues. They can't block you for any other reason except non-payment of fees, so ask away.
Taxpayer 1, you are a mess.

None of the above. This guy is a well known crank here who has been complaining about the county for years. If he had a legitimate beef, that would be fine. But I think you can tell from the caliber of his writing what we are dealing with.

As long as you've paid for the employee time required to collect whatever information you requested, they're required by law to provide it.
Most likely the information you requested is hard to collect, or they have a shit-ton of other FIOA requests to fulfill.
That being said, I wholly endorse you showing up at Gatehouse and ranting angrily about how they're denying your FOIA requests to hide their criminality and fiscal malfeasance, demanding the information you requested be provided to you RIGHT FUCKING NOW, and refusing to leave the building until it's provided to you.
