How do I submit a damage claim to VDOT/Fairfax County Roads Systems?

My car's paint has been damaged from all the salt that the vdot trucks have splattered everywhere.

My suspension is busted and my alignment is off from the pot holes.

What address do I submit the claim to?

Can I do it electronicly?

How long does it take for me to recieve a check in the mailbox? Do they e-checks?

I need the money. This just ain't right!

This is 100% true. After I blew a tire going through a deep pothole, I sent my claim to the Governer. I got my money real quick. The picture below is of me within a week of sending my claim.

I've been billing counties,cities and state goverments for years for damage to my cars due to curbs. The damn things are always in my path.
I'm expecting to retire when the payouts arrive....any year now

THE "THE POT HOLE FROM HELL" DID $1500. WORTH OF DAMAGE TODAY TO MY CAR. THE POT HOLE ACTUALLY SPLIT MY ALLOY WHEEL OPEN 4 INCHES. THE STRUTS AND ALIGNMENT, NEW TIRE. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO STAY HOME, EAT BON BONS, WATCH TV AND HAVE A MORE PRODUCTIVE DAY THAN THIS ONE.
THE BAD BOY POTHOLE IS AS YOU ARE COMING OFF I-66 E ON THE NUTLEY ST.EXIT IN FAIRFAX, VA EXIT 62 NUTLEY AVE. (S.EXIT)
MAYBE I CAN PREVENT SOMEONE ELSE GETTING DAMAGE.

I know this is probably a little late however, vehicle damage claims can be submitted directly with VDOT. 1-800-367-7623. The representative was courteous and helpful in getting my claim started. The turn around time will depend on the level of claims they have.

Hope this helps for anyone else who is looking for info :)
