Annandale Parliaments

There's a bunch of firetrucks, police cars, ambulances, and all kinds of emergency vehicles in and around the Parliament apartments in Annandale. What is going on?

A local contractor has been hiring illegals and then murdering them at the end of the job to avoid paying them. FCPD got a tip that the bodies were buried at that location.

From what I understand, there was a fire in a circuit breaker box in an apt on the third floor. There was a call on the police scanner earlier for red cross support and they now have a Mobile Command Center set up on the front of the building.

I had not heard what caused the fire, only that it knocked out power to multiple floors, and thus heat (even to areas not affected by the fire). As a result, a lot of people had to go over to the firehouse on Columbia Pike to stay warm. Not sure how many people got displaced for more than the night, though.
