These drugged out guys had no idea that they were at the NSA gate. The exit from Baltimore Washington Parkway provides direct access to the gate. They were being shot before they had any idea how bad their luck was.

I have accidently driven into that area before too and had guns and a ton of guys at my car door same with the pentagon area that you can't back out of

And now the rest of the story.........the two trannys were doing a 3some with another "guy" at a motel on Rt 1. They got up stole his drugs and his car and got lost ending up at the NSA entrance. Bang Bang youre dead.
