When all the Radio Shack locations are gone, what will repopulate those properties?

Massage Envy? Chipotle? Pho King? Subway? SweetFrog? Discount Cigarette Emporium? Party Store?

There must be 75+ Radio Shacks in NoVA. We don't need that many new Papa John's.

Hmm...

Shoppers should launch a mini-Colossal Donut store chain and fill them in in every former RadioShack except those in centers with Shoppers stores.

I'm hoping for more mattress stores, nail salons, bank branches, martial arts academies and dry cleaners, as the area is grossly underserved.
