Landmark area SUCKS

Potholes everywhere. Deep ones! I wouldn't recommend driving your car there if you want to keep getting your tires aligned every month. Why can't they fix the crappy roads!? And also it's so ghetto. Stores look run down, the mall is a joke, the resturants make you want to throw up, and the people are trashy. The local politicians need to make this area look nice!

Malls being redeveloped in coming years, will probably jumpstart development around it and hopefully in lincolnia across the line

I know city of Alexandria has massive plans to redevelop the Alexandria west area just north of their around N.Beauregard street
