So if you live in a shitty city in this shitty county, you have to pay a meals tax which totals %10 on food. Ive heard ebt food stamp etc dont have to pay taxes at all, is this true?

It doesn't matter where you live. It matters where you eat.

State and local sales taxes may not be added to SNAP food purchases.
