What time does Santa deliver presents to Fairfax County? Are milk and cookies still acceptable?

It just depends. If you live inside the aviation exclusion zone, he probably won't be visiting you at all. Unless, of course, you filed the proper paperwork with the FAA and Department of Homeland Security 90 days in advance.

Santa knows where all children live.

He works with ICE to locate illegal children.

ICE will visit the children and their families after they open their gifts.

Santa shot and killed three people at a party in LA. I think all the stress of getting presents to all the kids in the world resulted in PTSD...Post Traumatic Santa Disorder.
