I am %99 sure that they DO NOT watch you for a pre-employment drug screen , can someone confirm this , what lab did you go to and what location?

No, they do watch you. If you're lucky, you'll be given a choice of make or female watcher, although you might not like the female chosen. If you're used to your dad watching you go pee-pee, you'll probably be ok.

At labcorp in Springfield they did not watch. You just go in a bathroom and piss in a cup.

Virginia law does not prohibit security cameras in bathrooms.

If smart, talented drug users would refuse to submit to drug tests, employers would get stuck with the listless, unreliable drug users and might reconsider their policy. There must be another place where you can showcase your talents jacking off homeless men?

You need to invest in a wizzinator. then it does not matter if they watch or not. They make a wizzinator for females too!

There is a new company here in MD/VA that just took over most of the urinalysis contracts for the employers here (because they are a test bed for a new federal govt bid). They have new technology THC metabolite gas spectro analysis testing down to .8 ng per ml. Whether or not you consider yourself clean I would not mess around as the employer will see the results. This company also fully monitors the process. If you smoke pot or are even considering trying to fake the test, you might as well not even bother applying for the job. Sorry to break the bad news.

JWS. Upon moving to this area, I was not prepared for the nig "managers" that everyone patronizes. I had one and they needed to hire a PI to record him doing wrong in order to can his dumbass. What bothers me the most is it cost tax payers you n me to coddle him so no discrimination could be claimed. Mid west dont seem so bad after all.
