They do. Stay clear of Tommy Miserendino though. He's a real asshole. I dont know why they hire people that dont know anything about music or musical instruments. All he does is talk about how he got kicked out of the army. Guess it was a pity hire.

Tommy stopped working there in 2011. I know because I'm a teacher he worked with at the McLean location. He did nothing but help the customers the best he could and promote the lesson program. He was extremely knowledgable and actually provide customer benefit-driven, not profit-driven, advice. This is clearly a troll entry.

No, a troll entry is up your mom's ass. Someone obviously had bad experiences with the guy and was warning potential customers. That's what this type of forum is good for. Unfortunately we also need to put up with cry babies like you.
