How would Burke Center Look like if it was a Mall with Kohl's as it's Main Anchor?

Just wondering.... The Taco Bell/McDonalds/ coldstone area Could Transform into a Parking Garage & Safeway would extend to the Road and might become a JCP or Dillards & they could just place Anything that's in a Mall in the middle of ? & Kohl's
