Casa Italia Patio Hookah Area FFX CIty is Great !

To my great surprise, Casa Italia on Main Street in Fairfax City has an outdoor/covered patio that serves Hookah, Italian and Middle Eastern Menu.

It really beats Baladna, Teenozytooon and Tarbouche in ambience, food and hookah prices.
