They will do at least 15 years. If their family is mega rich and can get the best attorney maybe 10 years but no jury will let these guys get off easy. I would like 30 years due to the fact they could have created a shootout in someones house. I would have got my gun and shot at them. Maybe I would have killed them or vice versa. Everyone that knew kovch said he was a good kid, just hung out with the wrong crowd. Lost everything. I think Kovch is still locked up because he caught multiple charges afterwards because he didn't learn his lesson the first time around with Jimmy.

Jimmy on the otherhand, is an ignorant ass classic example of a drug addict. Stealing, lying, taking peoples money...etc. and he's real good at it, or so I heard. Yet, he got out first, and maybe he's clean now.

And I don't think any one of them is going to get locked up for more than a few months (if that, might just get probation), seeing as how almost ALL felonies have been "nolle prosequi". And Jimmy's still not locked up and I think all his court dats have been taken care of, however, I could be wrong.

I mean, I know one of his best friends that he grew up with and he can confirm this. Im certain that is his very first mug shot. He looks innocent compared to the chink..although he is not Innocent.

Armed Men Arrested After Burke-area Burglaries

West Springfield Police District - Police charged two Springfield men after connecting them with a series of burglaries that took place in the Burke area during the afternoon hours of March 19, 2013.

Andrew Kovch, 27, of 7568 Vogles Way and Jimmy Le, 23 of 6717 Grey Fox Drive were charged with burglary, attempted burglary and grand larceny.

Officers responded for a report of a burglary of an occupied dwelling in the 9800 block of Lake Meadow Court on March 19 shortly before 1 p.m. The homeowner reported encountering a young man wearing a gray, hooded sweatshirt and dark pants in the home. The suspect fled in a dark, late 90‘s compact car.

Just ten minutes later, officers responded to an alarm of a residence in the 10000 block of Waterside Drive. A door had been forcibly opened but no people were located.

A short time later, police responded to a home in the 8600 block of Norfolk Avenue in Annandale for a resident reporting that she’d spotted an unknown man in her home. The suspect fled but witnesses described the vehicle and a second person that was reportedly picked up nearby.

Upon hearing the look-outs, patrol officers observed and stopped a vehicle matching the description on Roundabout Way in Springfield. In the course of the investigation, officers found that the driver was armed with a semi-automatic pistol. Officers also found over 200 rounds of ammunition, a loaded revolver, a mask, gloves, as well as property linking the suspects to the crimes inside the vehicle.

“We’re grateful to residents who paid close attention to details and called us right away, as these crimes were occurring,” said Captain Joe Hill, Commander of the West Springfield Police District. “Thanks to good communications, our officers were able to link these men to these crimes and make apprehensions.”

Jimmy's best friends don't want anything to do with him since he started doing drugs. That just shows you what kind of person he is. I also heard he owed a LOT of people a LOT of money.
