I have video of the last tornado that came through Centreville, crossing over Stone Rd several years ago. It was pretty amazing and shocking. They called it an F1 and a "jumper" as it had multiple touchdown points and never remained down. The aftermath validated that as you could see how it jumped every other tree or two and hit this house, jumped the next and then hit the following house. Seeing the trees twisted upwards was pretty cool as well. The one thing that really stuck out to me was how Ominous and green the sky was. Just a bizarre color, and the absolute stillness and silence just before the roaring sound.
if kansas scientists can't predict a tornado within minutues fo evolving during tornado season in kansas
what makes me think the report is totally full of shit ?

VA has known touchdown areas that "look like chicken scratch" on a map. statistically they almost always touchdown in the same places.
look for the map see if your in a touchdown zone
while your at it ask yourself if democrats selling you a house would have neglected to tell you if your in a flood zone

Hey, I'd love to see that video. Can you upload it to youtube and share it here? That would be great!
Im not sure if your question is real or your just being ignorant, but I will answer anyway..... 8mm HS tapes are what came after VHS tapes, smaller, more compact to fit the smaller hand held camcorders, became popular in the late 90's.... I don't know, you may not have even been born yet, which would explain why your not aware of what an 8mm tape is.
