Crowell Road and Victoria Farms Road 4/6?

I drove past there about an hour ago, and there were 15-20 or more fire truck and rescue vehicles at the intersection, and they were starting to block off traffic on Crowell Road in both directions.

I saw them uncovering what appeared to be a mass grave of illegal workers that were likely buried there by a greedy local contractor, but that was only occupying a few of the responders.

Any idea what all of the other responders were there for?
