Rt. 7 between CountrySide Boulevard and Rt. 28 is closed in both directions - Downed Power Lines

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office reports that Rt. 7 between CountrySide Boulevard and Rt. 28 is closed in both directions. Here's a view from VDOT's camera at the Rt. 7/Rt. 28 interchange.

I don't see any downed power lines, I see too many cars bunched up with nothing in their way. What am I missing here?

After being closed since before noon, tRt. 7 between CountrySide Boulevard and Rt. 28 fully reopened to traffic just before 6 p.m.

At 11:35 a.m. the road was closed due to downed power lines across the roadway, according to Virginia State Police spokeswoman Corinne Geller.
