Welcome to the area. I've lived nearby for about 6 months (not in the mobile park or part of some wifeswapping meth lab community). The Ridgewood homes look nice and I'm thinking the area around it will look awesome once completed. Where did you move from? Other part of NoVa? Out of state?

Welcome to the area! I also live near the Wegman's and am excited to see how all the new development in this area turns out.
Unfortunately there are a lot of trolls who post on this site (probably high schoolers who still live at home and think anonymous racist comments are funny). You may also want to check out the message boards on city data for people moving into the area around the new townhomes.
