Think of the poor federal workers

What will happen when all of the poor federal workers are forced from their beds and must venture out onto the icy roads? What happens if a significant number get hurt or injured? How will life go on?

I suppose the majority will just stay in bed and pretend to telework.

Things have been rough on us lately. It all started with the government shutdown late last year. We thought we might not get paid for that time and I could not help but think about that while I was trying to relax in Vegas. It really put a damper on my trip. All these snow days are putting us further behind at work but I had to burn a personal day today because most of my co-workers will be out and nothing would get done anyway. We will get a fresh start after a 2 hour delay tomorrow.

Didn't I tell you to relieve Maria on the Drive-Thru window?

Now, put the iPad away and get to work!

Private sector workers rarely get the day off for weather. Funny that federal workers can't be expected to make it to work but the rest of us have too. What a joke.
