Fucking Hispanics...but, let's not deport them because they're just celebrating diversity. This must be how the Indians feel. Nice job by FCPD to slip in the "white or Hispanic" just to veil some of their profiling though...

Two women assaulted in Franconia area of Fairfax County

WASHINGTON - Fairfax County police say they are investigating two unrelated assaults in the Franconia area in which two women were inappropriately touched.

In the first incident, police say a 30-year-old woman was walking in the area of Briarleigh Way and Crestleigh Way on Tuesday around 10 a.m. when a man appeared and touched her, then fled.

The woman was not injured.

The suspect was described as white or Hispanic and in his late 20s. He was about 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall and weighed about 170 pounds. He was wearing a white shirt and light-colored pants.

Police say the second incident happened near Backlick Road and Highland Street around 1:30 p.m. the same day. A 23-year-old woman was grabbed from behind, before the suspect fled the area.

That suspect is described as Hispanic, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and skinny. He was wearing a black, short-sleeve shirt and black jean shorts.

Police reportedly believe the incidents are not connected to a series of two dozen groping assaults that have plagued the area in recent months.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Solvers by phone at 1-866-411-TIPS/8477, send an email at www.fairfaxcrimesolvers.org, text "TIP187" plus your message to CRIMES/274637 or call Fairfax County police at 703-691-2131.

Police say one of the Tuesday incidents happened near Backlick Road and Highland Street.

So has the "Springfield Groper" gotten out of jail, re-entered the country, or wherever he's been of late?

I heard on WTOP this morning that police are saying it's not the groper, and the two incidents are unrelated. I call BS on that theory.

Irregardless, how in fuck could they possibly know that the incidents are "unrelated"?
