Reston Association to Host Meeting on Metrorail Silver Line
Meeting will feature speakers, maps, conversations and updates.

Want to find out the latest about the coming Silver Line? Wednesday night is your chance to get the scoop on what's going on with the new metro service coming to Reston.

The Reston Association is hosting a discussion and update on the Metrorail Silver Line Wednesday night, at 6:30 p.m. at the Reston Association conference center, 12001 Sunrise Valley Dr.

Experts from the Fairfax County Office of Transportation staff will discuss issues such as bus schedules, pedestrian issues, roadway improvement plans and the parking garage.

Jointly sponsored by the Transportation and the Reston Neighborhood Advisory committees, this meeting will feature maps, conversations and updates.

Supervisor Cathy Hudgins and members of her staff will also be in attendance.

Hopefully they will discuss how to prevent a similar situation happening with Phase 2.
