Burke Basketball spring season

Burke Basketball’s spring league is designed to let players play with their friends and have fun. Teams are formed by player request, instead of by draft. Players will be grouped by neighborhood, if they do not request to be with another player or coach.
On time registration ends March 11th and the registration fee is $85. Players registering after March 11th will be charged a $25 late fee, and will be placed on a team after all players that registered on time.
Games will begin the weekend of March 29 / 30. Teams will not have games on April 19th/20th (Spring Break) or Memorial Day weekend (May 24th/25th). The last games will be scheduled for the weekend of May 31- June 1.
Teams will play an 8 game season with most games played on Saturdays and Sundays. Leagues will not keep final game scores or standings, and will not have playoffs. Grades 4 and up will not have practices. Teams in the 2nd/3rd grades leagues will have one weeknight practice per week. Grade levels maybe combined as needed. Girls are not allowed to play on boys teams.

Travel and CYO teams are welcome to join, but we strongly recommend that these teams play up a league. Burke Basketball reserves the right to move teams up to balance the spring leagues. HS JV/Varsity players and travel/AAU players are welcome, but should play up an age group.
