Former Redskin at Fanfare in Fairfax Corner...Who is he?

I was just at Fanfare in Fairfax Corner and saw someone I believe is a former Redskin. He was driving a white Range Rover (Sport with turbocharger) with no front liscence plate and was with his wife and 2 kids. He is probably 6'3" or so and black and pretty out of shape but big so hes probably been out of the game at least 5 years. Any ideas who he is?
