Sweetwater in Merrifield is open. Maybe Grevey's across the street as well?

Not in FFX but Bugsy's in Old Town is opening early for the game. I bet Crystal City Sports Pub will do the same. There are no independent sports bars in Fairfax so I doubt you'll find anyone open. The corporate chains (Champps, Green Turtle) rarely do stuff like that.

I just called and was told Hopsfrog will open at 11:30am... on Sat.
