Crime Report: Group Surrounds Car, Flashes Knife, Drags Man Out of Seat
Plus, a man is arrested for indecent exposure, obscene behavior on the Parkway.

The following incidents were reported by the Town of Herndon Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Dec. 30 - Indecent Exposure/Obscene Behavior: According to police reports, a 44-year-old Potomac Falls man was arrested on Dec. 30 for exposing himself in public view in the 500 block of Herndon Parkway. The man was charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual behavior.
Jan. 1 - Aggravated Assault: Occurred in the 900 block of Branch Drive. According to police reports, a group of subjects allegedly surrounded a vehicle and flashed a knife at the driver, threatening him. The group proceeded to grab a person in the passenger seat and drag him out of the car. The victim reportedly received minor injuries. Police said they are investigating the incident further.
Plus, a man is arrested for indecent exposure, obscene behavior on the Parkway.

I hate how the police leave us in suspense with incidents like this. WTF??
