anyway there have been small disturbances around my yard/garden continued call and hang ups and my neighbor reported seeing a woman skulking a few days ago it's starting to be a pain in the ass do i have a case with herndon's finest or do i have to wait for her to do something freaky deaky

Well, that's scary. I really don't know if you can do much at this point since she hasn't overtly threatened you, but I would certainly call the police and find out. If nothing else, get on the record in case something does happen. Clearly, this guy is a serial cheater; he just decided to get creative this time. You may have been his first guy, but I bet you won't be his last.

If you're really concerned, you could get an exterior camera and try and catch her. Or a flood light to discourage her. You could also ask the phone company to trace the harrassing phone calls, although who knows how many hoops you'd have to jump through to get them to do it.

It's possible that the wife is just curious about you. It has to be pretty devastating to find out that your husband has been with a man. She may also think that he is secretly continuing to see you. In any case, good luck.

thanks. i had pretty much the same line of thoughts... the flood light is a good idea. i don't use my landline much so i might disconnect it for a while as a deterrent
