Shocking Conduct of Kincaid Campaign
~ Arrest Warrant Issued for Stacy Kincaid's Brother ~
FAIRFAX - Fairfax County Republican Committee (FCRC) Chairman Jay McConville spoke out today about serious ethical and legal issues related to the campaign of Stacy Kincaid for Fairfax Sheriff.
Witnesses have come forward and the Vienna police have attested to a sworn warrant issued for the arrest of Mr. Eric Kleiner, Stacy Kincaid's brother. The warrant was issued for his arrest for larceny associated with Kincaid's campaign, and a court date has been set for January 27th, 2014.
According to sources, Mr. Kleiner must appear to answer to charges that he stole B.A. Wolfe campaign signs. Kleiner was apprehended with Wolfe signs in his car, and he has admitted he stole them.
When confronted by the Wolfe campaign, Mr. Kleiner, who has been working as a close advisor to Stacy Kincaid on her campaign, often seen driving her and appearing at multiple events with her, admitted what he had done, confessing that he was just trying to "help his sister."
"The Sheriff must be beyond reproach" said Chairman McConville. "Our citizens deserve a Sheriff that they can trust, and one who demands respect for the law and the rights of our citizens. During this campaign, Wolfe signs have been stolen and damaged, multiple cars bearing the "B.A. Wolfe for Sheriff" logo and signage have been vandalized, and someone rode their motorcycle through the Republican-endorsed candidate's back yard, doing serious damage. Not only is this conduct unacceptable in a campaign, one would expect that someone wishing to be an elected Law Enforcement official would be enough of a leader to keep it from happening on their behalf, especially by someone as close to her as her own brother. This type of blatant intimidation is extremely troubling, and I predict the citizens of Fairfax will reject the type of culture that has spawned it by voting for B.A. Wolfe."
Chairman McConville continued, "B.A. Wolfe, a decorated 30 year law enforcement and US Air Force Veteran, has lived in Fairfax for 37 years and has never before been a victim of a crime. It is unbelievable that in only the last two weeks he has been victimized on nine separate occasions. Stacy Kincaid should immediately apologize for the conduct of her campaign, and voters should view this serious transgression as disqualifying for someone seeking to earn the trust of Fairfax citizens." continued McConville
The Fairfax County Republican Committee nominated Bryan "B.A." Wolfe for Sheriff in August. B.A. Wolfe is a 30 year veteran of law enforcement, having served honorably in both the Air Force Military Police and the Fairfax City Police Department. He was twice named "Policeman of the Year" by his peers in the Fairfax City Department, and has received over 130 commendations for his service.
"We are tired of the games within the Sheriff's Department. From former Sheriff Stan Barry's questionable retirement actions, to the proven hypocrisy by Stacy Kincaid regarding her purchase of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, and now this arrest, Stacy Kincaid has proven that she lacks the ethical standards and leadership capabilities to serve both the Sheriffs and the people of Fairfax. BA Wolfe will restore integrity to the leadership of the Department and give the Sheriffs and the people of Fairfax what they need - good, ethical and responsible leadership" concluded McConville.
