Car stopped by Feds (?) on Seminary Road? (10/23)

I was heading east on Seminary Road just west of Beauregard a little after noon today,and somewhere between 10-12 unmarked law enforcement vehicles (looked to be Feds) had a subcompact car of some type pulled over on the westbound side of Seminary. It looked like it may have been a chase and apprehend situation, as at least one tire on the subcompact was flat, and was closely pinned in by two of the unmarked cars. A person standing on the sidewalk was being questioned intently. I have not been able to find any reports online. Any help here?

BTW, I had time to take all of this in, because our eastbound traffic was forced to travel in the right lane only, and there was a long line of rubberneckers in front of me.

According to WTOP, the driver is a contractor in NOVA who is under investigation for hiring illegal aliens and then killing them and burying them in various locations around the area to avoid having to pay them for their work.
