Old Radio Guy Paul Bicknell

Does anybody know who this guy is? The impression I get from reading DCRTV is that he is some sorta of radio legend in DC, yet I have absolutely no recollection of this guy. And I've lived in this area since the early 1960's.

Bicknell was Davy Jones on WPGC in the 60's.
