Divorce lawyer

Anyone knows or dealt with a decent divorce lawyer?
I've seen 2 so far and wasn't comfortable with them taking my simple case: no kids, 4 years of marriage.

Any chance to avoid a lawyer and use a mediator? If it is amicable, it would be far cheaper that way.

I have been divorced twice and only us nationally recognized lawyers.
