To start with, most of them can't ride horses for five minutes, much less eight hours in the dark. They know nothing about animal husbandry or the operation and care for black powder weapons. Their idea of roughing it is staying in budget motels, and while they will throw out the word nigger in the comfort of their mothers' basements, they'd shit a brick if they had to face an armed black in a fight.
