Police: Man Charged After Fight in Parking Lot

Suspect pointed an airsoft gun at other men during the fight, Prince William County Police said.

A Woodbrige man faces charges after he pointed an airsoft gun at two other men during a fight in a parking lot near Potomac Mills Wednesday afternoon, Prince William County Police said.

Maurice Jermaine Waller, 42, of Fox Glove Court in Woodbridge, is charged with brandishing a firearm and disorderly conduct.

Police responded to the 14300 block of Potomac Mills Road at 3:49 p.m., after a caller reported that several men were arguing in a nearby parking lot. Waller pulled out an airsoft gun and pointed it at the other men, said police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok.

The fight broke up before police arrived, but not before it had escalated to a physical altercation, according to Perok. Police found Waller and had him taken to a local hospital for treatment for injuries on his face. His court date is set for Oct. 1.

I dont mind the PW posts in the Fairfax forum, reminds me of how good I have it not living in that dump. If the current Prince William in England had any sense he would sue to have the name changed to something more appropriate like Prince Georges South.

Actually there is a ghetto in PW County called Georgetown South - Full of all kinds of those people.

Anyone else notice that there are damn few details about the fight itself, and that the accused himself appears to have contusions on his forehead? I don't think we are getting the whole story here.

If you are going to use a weapon, use a good one. A staff is always legal-it is just a walking stick.

A nice hickory staff will do a lot of damage and the perverted out there can bugger their victims while down.
