What's fucked up about this whole situation is...there are laws in place that could solve this problem but, the authorities refuse to enforce them because they want a cheap labor force here for the service industry. There are laws against 76 people living in one house with 53 cars on the lawn but...they don't want to enforce them. I recall MS-13 activity in this area as early as 1994...called the cops and the desk sergeant laughed and said, "Gangs? Here in Northern Virginia? No, sir...there are no gangs here..."

Now, it may not be East L.A. or Compton but it ain't like it was through the 1980's...
