Exxon Campus at Merrifield with 92 Acre Woods + 5 Buildings__Who Can Buy ?

Conversation: I see that Exxon Mobil Corp put up their Merrifield Fairfax up for sale. Who could buy this property assessed at $201.3 Million

and help preserve some of the 92 Acres for posterity rather than more and more of same at Fairfax Concrete Jungles ?


The firm has retained Cassidy Turley to market the property at 3225 Gallows Road to interested buyers, nearly a year after announcing it planned to move its Northern Virginia operations to another campus being developed in suburban Houston

Anyone know if Cassidy Turley have a good sales pitch working with Fairfax County EDA ?

Chinese are buying Smithfield Meats. Maybe they will buy the EXXon campus move Smithfield headquarters to that location and send spies out all through D.C. area?

I think they are trying to land a white whale, a lot of rumors about a large fortune 500 looking at relocating to Fairfax who is in the food industry

I think Smithfield China Intx, a subsidiary of China Corp, will be moving to Fairfax with the ocmpany they just bought
