Hamtramck is a BAD area of Detroit.

And if you buy that house you have to pay taxes on it. If you aren't independently wealthy and need a day-job then it isn't practical to buy. If you are independently wealthy well...why would you buy that shithole house in a shithole neighborhood anyway?

Yeah sure, just slap on a fresh coat of paint and maybe some thompson creek windows, a little landscaping, then razed to the ground and one can flip it for $250,000!!! I'll take 3!

What will a $1 get you? A three-bedroom, 1,300 square foot “fixer upper."

the lucky listing agent gets to pocket a whole $15 if they can move this prime piece of real estate unless another gets involed then each gets $7.50
