Need HOA LAWYER

I have been accused of painting a reserved spot in our parking lot. The HOA has charged me $150 because it was my guest spot. I had nothing to do with it and want to fight this charge. Does anyone know of a HOA attorney in FFX?

You can't hire an attorney for less than $150/hr.

Why is the HOA charging you? Do they have proof? Did an unreserved spot suddenly become reserved with your number on it? Did someone else in your house do it? Some HOAs have CCTVs in the neighborhood to catch the a$$holes and scat munchers that do this kind of shit and then deny it. Tell them if they persist without proof you will contact an attorney and sue them for slander and libel!

The joke's on you! You're going to pay for your lawyer *and* your dues pay the legal bills of the HOA attorney. So you're funding both attorneys, sucker!

Now quit playing silly games with your can of spray paint and man up!

Take them to small claims court and represent yourself. Sue for $150, libel, slander, lost wages, and court costs. Demand that they prove you did it. No proof, no guilt.

Just don't pay. Fuck them. if they take you to court, they have to prove you painted the spot, so you'll skate.

Somehow this will all end with the HOA selling off the courtyard to pay the legal fees.

I would go out at night and paint reserve spots all over your "hood". LOL

Serious answer coming...this guy:

Normally represents HOAs, but super nice and really knowledagble. No idea what he charges.

This sounds like a good approach.
