This place has a lot of problems especially the county agency leadership. They are suppoed to take care of mental health and addiction problems but their staff are a mess.

No shit. They deal with crazy people all day that nobody else wants to deal with. Do you think the best of the best in their fields would work for this place for the low amount of pay they get and the bull shit they have to deal with.

The director is incompetent and the board is all over the place. Totally destroying the organization. Morale is horrible. Staff is struggling to make ends meet in a horrible budget year. Stay healthy everyone
