Well, if that really is a serious question, the women's equivalent to NCSL starts with WAGS (Washington Area Girls Soccer League), and the best of the best in the older age groups play, at least in the Spring, in Region 1 Premier League or in a second tier Region 1 League (I think one is called Colonial) instead of WAGS. The boys can do the same, but I believe that NCSL does not lose as many teams to the Region 1 leagues as does WAGS. Region 1 is one of four regions organized under US Youth Soccer, and extends from Virginia up to Maine.
There is also a higher level league for the best one or two Region 1 girls teams, and that is called the USYS National League. That League competes several times a year at the biggest and best College Showcase tournaments. A "competing" National League, now called ECNL, and previously known as the Red Bull League (Red Bull dropped its sponsorship this year), similarly has its teams compete against each other at the top College Showcase tournaments. I don't know the boys' side as well, but I believe that the top youth level nationally is the US Developmental Academy program, referred to as "Academy" for short.
So, yes, the girls side is club soccer focused, and high school soccer is there to show some school spirit by participating. Lake Braddock, Chantilly, Robinson, Woodson and Stone Bridge are usually present in the area Top 10 for girls' HS soccer.
