Va. man charged with producing child pornography

Another pedo caught in Springfield.



ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Prosecutors say a Springfield man has been charged with recording video chats of underage boys performing sex acts.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia says 35-year-old Andrew Choi was arrested Friday. He is charged with production of child pornography.

Prosecutors say Choi took part in online video chats between May and January. Authorities say Choi used a screen capture program to record the acts.

I thought that fad was over. Where/how does one get in video chats with people? Assuming I'm looking for people of legal age of course--don't want to go to prison. What program or web sites are used?
