Legal Consequences??
Posted by: Tilldy ()

So my buddy and I were drunk and got a little carried away. We stole a car, robbed a 7-11 (about $400.00),shot the clerk (I think he lived), led the police on an interstae chase, hit a pedestrian, and then crashed the car into the side of a building before we got away on foot. We made it back to our place in Prince William County, and are now hiding out. My question is, if we are found, can we still get into trouble with the Fairfax County Police?

In case this isn't a troll thread and you ARE a real retard. I will be calling FCPD to ask them if this happened. If so, I will direct them to your post. You can be found out from your IP address. Goodbye troll.

Tilldy, disregard "Troll Alert";. he is a phukkin moron. Anyway, extradition is the legal process of returning you to the jurisdiction of the original crime (s)

Nah, you're good bro. They're called the Fairfax County Police because they can only arrest people in Fairfax County. And you didn't do anything in Prince William so you're fine. Legally, you're untouchable.

Dude, that is such a relief I can't even tell you. Won't be doing anything crazy like that again, that's for sure. Still, it was kinda knarly.

The poster above was being sarcastic. They can touch you and I have contacted the police and let them know about your post. You'll be found soon enough.

You've been watching too much TV. The whole "County Line" thing doesn't apply outside of "Dukes of Hazzard".

You need to cross a state line as quickly as possible. Once you touch base, you're safe. Try to do it before the clerk dies, though. If he dies and you're in the state, then tag-back rules are suspended, and you're really fucked.

Too bad you don't live in Prince George's. In PG, that chain of events is referred to as "Saturday".
