What does it matter if the OP is pretending or not. Since these little turds are set in making our lives miserable for their personal pleasure, I say we engage in a little puzzle solving and figure out who they are. But, let's operate within the law here! So, find them, figure out what assets they (really their parents) have, and and follow the little punks to their next prank. We can then become "victims" of their prank which results in some sort of ill defined soft tissue injury on our parts and seek appropriate civil damages in court.

It looks like they live right of Heritage dr in Annandale. The invisible rope prank takes place near Heritage, and they are in the Hmart which is also right of heritage. I would guess the parents have combined assets of about $15,000 - $25,000.
