The employees at the Chik Fila in Springfield are too nice and helpful. The other day I was in my booth eating my chicken and an employee offered to get me more water. Whatever happened to fast food employees who don't care about the customers?

It must have something to do with Chick Fil-A hiring enthusiastic, clean-cut employees that can actually speak english. What a novelty.
The biggest difference I've noticed is that when you go to the CFA drive-thru they always smile and ask you if you'd like any dipping sauces or condiments. At Burger King and MCD they just silently hand you the food and if you ask for ketchup they always look annoyed. Like you just ruined their day.

They are the illegals at the other shitty fast food places. Don't question it. It's nice to go somewhere where one or more employees are always walking around cleaning tables and asking if you want a refill. The place is spotless and they play classical music on the speakers. Times have changed. I remember working at a fast food place during my highschool years in the mid-80's. There wasn't a foreigner working there. It was either black or white people working there that could speak English!!!!

Maybe I am looking at this the wrong way. It definitely has nothing to do with the ethnicity of the employees. How long does t it take for a FFXU thread to become racial?
The customer service of an establishment is always based on its management. If the management demonstrate that they want excellent customer service than the employees will follow. The management can't just say provide excellent service, they have to show their employees what that looks like.
I know this because I have worked at 2 different nursing homes. At one nursing home the managers always told the employees to provide customer service but the managers just sat in their offices all day and as little work as they had to. At the other nursing home the management said provide excellentcservice and the managers were always walking around and speaking to the residents to make sure their needs were being met.

Where is CFA koolaid? I have never seen it at the fountain with the other drinks. Does it come in a jur or do you have to order it?

Some of the Christian white girls at my CFA are smoking hot! And its the only fast food place I have ever used the drive thru and you can actually understand the person speaking to you. Other places its just garbled and mumbled ebonics mostly.

Depending where you go and what you expect are some of the differences. On the VA Eastern Shore there is a Hardee's on 13 You Place your order and you go sit down, they bring the food to you. CFA on the other hand was bashed not to long ago for Comments they made about the Gay and Lesbians, but you can spin any topic any Direction. I don't know if I would call it a Church mission either Obama want's to take the Economy back to the Salaries of the 90's CFA wants to take the Fast Food out of Fast Food. I can see the Mission because it reminds me of the way it was growing up.
The days are long gone and that our children are missing out on when we made this switch from Small Hometown to Big Business, the ethics got lost and the Values in morality terms declined. I enjoyed growing up when Holidays came around everything was closed and stores didn't pre-empt a Holiday with sales 6 months before.
I see that in CFA with their service and business practices like being closed Sunday's, and if I go to any fast food place I don't expect 5 star treatment for something off the dollar menu but would prefer being spoken to in English.

I was at Landmark Mall the other week to go to Sears and stopped by the Chick-Fil-A there, and even that guy was super white, nice and clean cut. So much so that he really stuck out. Kind of creeped me out.

If you are white and a good worker, you will be selected for CFA's management training program. My neighbor's son worked at the Fairfax Circle location for 4 months in 2011 while finishing up at GMU. They asked him to join the training program and now he's the manager of a store in GA making almost $45K per year. Not bad for a fucking biology major!
