How does one challenge a Following Too Close ticket in 2008? This person swears it is NOT them. Please advise

There's no way that the court case hasn't been closed. If nothing was done about it four years ago, there's a bench warrant out there.

It sounds like you are saying that something has turned up on "this person's" driving record that wasn't actually his infraction. Is that right? Wrong name, wrong birthdate, wrong license number, wrong something? Data entry error? Or are you saying he was issued a ticket he didn't deserve?
