The arcade by the Police Station off 50 (Fairfax)

Does anyone remember this spot? It was actually pretty cool. Little run down shack with all the hot Arcade games. I can remember my oldest brother would take me there while he was finishing college. Or maybe he was already finished? lol...anyway I just remembered. Is it still there? If not, when did they tear it down?

playtime

originally was a Highs Dairy Store for the longest time

was an eyeglass place and I think something else from it's downfall from arcade to bond place

edit: also, that's 236, not 50 OP

It is now a Cross-Fit location... before that, a bail bond place. Before that, an arcade. Maybe even something else at some point.

Okay Playtime. Thanks Gordon. What year was it a Highs? Also, do you or someone else remember, was the 7-11 that shut down across from Kmart(Jermantown/Rt 29) a High's as well? I was trying to remember if that was today.

Used to be a Highs, then it was an Arcade of sorts.

@image - WOWZERS! - yep, you got it right! Anybody know what the retail is on the right side of the building? An art store? Kung Fu place?

@Tough - if you remember that place being a highs, then you prolly remember the old bus station behind the Shell (that used to be Texaco) and that Geoffrey the Giraffe used to stand tall and proud overtop of Jermantown LoLz

ahhhh, those were the days.......................
