Homeless man in sketchy truck with weird absurd things written all over it?

I've seen this truck a few times over the past few months. It's a white truck with random absurd stuff written all of it. The back is built into a little box with some sort of camo material. He mentioned to someone that I know that he has a bed in the back, and I'm almost positive that he's homeless. Just wondering if anyone has any information on this guy. I read something on his truck that says he eats the hearts of babies? And something about him being in NASA... He frequently visits a Starbucks that I like to go to, and even caught his name (I don't really want to post it here...) and I have held a brief conversation with him before where he was relatively friendly, but definitely not ~all~ the way there. I've also seen him at the Chantilly Walmart and the Chantilly Crossing 7-11. One time he sat in the parking lot and unloaded tons of what I perceived to be junk all over the parking lot until the cops came and told him to leave..............

Since he has talked to me on more than one occasion, I'm just curious if anyone knows what is up with this guy...?

he was a gs14 working for the government, the commute and people in this area made him snap..The dude is loaded and lives in fairfax station.

I used to see that guy EVERY time i went to that 711.....He just sits with his door open and feet out....there is some homeless tent community in the woods near there. I met some other guys that lived in it begging for money. I have no clue where exactly it is, but they love that 711. He was definately abducted at some point
