Our client, a national law firm, currently has an opening for a proactive Executive Legal Secretary in their Northern Virginia office. We are looking for a bright and intuitive individual to support a rainmaker of a partner with a never ending workload. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meeting setup, maintain schedule, and handle travel arrangements
- Assist with marketing, webinars, and maintain mailing lists
- Prepare all correspondence
- Review documents to ensure they meet corporate style and format
- Assist with special projects and delegate responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as requested
Qualifications:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter, who can think on their feet

- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Work well under pressure and anticipate the needs of others
- Work effectively in a team environment
