1) Tysons sucks its so ugly
2) Great this guy is probably holding up traffic with gawkers

I've seen the same sort of "modeling" being done at other malls (I think Springfield in its past "springs" to mind). What happens is some poor teenybopper suckers are convinced that they can be models and pay some exorbitant price to a "modeling agency" for lessons (or maybe not!) with a guarantee of a modeling job; the modeling "job" is, of course, standing motionless in a store window wearing the store's clothes and being paid at some absolutely minimal wage. The kids quit and/or the job "ends" long before the kids' "agency fee" has been earned back.
